The 2009 season has ended and we would like to thank all of our sponsors for a successful year.

We are looking forward to starting our 25th racing season with the addition of a ,a new number and a new look. We are going to step away from our usual color scheme and our traditional number 74.

This season our cars will carry the #1 and #1NY

LEGENDS MILLION DOLLAR RACE

Come join us at the Biggest Legends Race in

the History of Legends!!

We will be racing for a 1 Million Dollar Purse

on July 15th - 17th at

Charlotte MotorSpeedway in North Carolina.

We will be racing against the top Legends drivers

in the U.S.A and some of the greatest NASCAR teams as well.

Over 1000 drivers are expected to enter with only

35 drivers making it to the "Million Dollar Race".

This race will be Nationally televised and is sure

to be an event that makes history.

The Visconti/Barton Motorsports Team was formed over the course of a combined 40 years of racing.

Both John Visconti and Thomas Barton were born into the racing world with their fathers competing against each other in the 1960's. Cookie Visconti was a multi-time championship driver in three decades, the 60's , 70's , and 80's. Bob Barton who retired in the 70's was also a 3 time championship owner and driver.

John Visconti's includes multiple championships in the WKA and IKF Karting series as well as a 4th and 5th place finish in the Grand National Championships.

Thomas Barton has won numerous races in the WKA and IKF series as well as the North East Championship in the LIKA division.

Both John and Tommy have not only been friends for over 25 years but have also raced as team mates since 1985.

The decision to combine efforts in the INEX Legends series was an easy transition for both considering they have been working together as teammates for so long.

The INEX Legends series is the next step in the quest for us to race against the best in the country on some of the most famous tracks in the North and Southeast.

The team started its "shakedown" process in late 2008 with great success. We decided to go racing at four different tracks to gain some experience and .

Our objective was to come away with no damage, learn the set-ups and finish in a respectable position.

We accomplished all of our goals and actually finished better than we had hoped for.
